How to Book
Check availability
Check availability at our availability and prices page.
Then please confirm with us that the dates are available. You can do this by using our enquiry form, or phoning us.
When we receive your enquiry we will let you know whether the dates are available, and if you wish to go ahead we will reserve the dates for you while we wait for you to complete the booking process (see below).
Complete the booking request form
Please use the online booking form to enter your booking request details.
If you prefer, you can use our printable booking form.
Pay your deposit
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the weekly fee for each week of your holiday. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we ask for the full amount.
Please make cheques payable to Lucy Williamson and send to the address on Contact Us page.
When we receive your form and deposit, we will confirm the booking.
Pay the balance
Eight weeks prior to your holiday, please send the balance of your payment and a separate housekeeping deposit cheque for £100 [returnable to you at the end of your holiday].
Just prior to your holiday we will send you information on how to find Rosebay Cottage and how to collect the keys.
