In 2026, Logie Steading will celebrate a remarkable milestone: 100 years since the Steading buildings were first constructed as a model farm. For much of that century, the Steading thrived as a working farm, only beginning its transformation into the vibrant destination it is known as today in the early 1990s.
Now welcoming around 75,000 visitors each year, Logie Steading has evolved far beyond its agricultural beginnings. Over the years, the Steading has become a bustling home for independent retail, creating and curating unique experiences, championing local produce, inviting you – our visitors – to connect with nature all while fostering a vibrant community of people who visit time and time again.
